Directory
John Morrison is a Managing Director at Delsay and the Global Head of Insurance Client Partnerships. In his role, he is focused on strategically partnering with insurance companies and financial institutions globally. He also manages the Insurance Solutions Business Development team and is a member of the Delsay Insurance Solutions Operating Committee.
Before joining Delsay, John was a Managing Director at GCM Grosvenor where he was the Global Head of Insurance Solutions. Prior to that, he spent nearly nine years at Kohlberg Kravis & Roberts (KKR) where he was responsible for new business development for U.S. life, property and casualty, health and reinsurance general account investors. John began his career in asset management at Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO) where he helped build the firms insurance asset management business from its early days.
John earned an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and graduated from Georgetown University with a BA in Economics.

Treavor Mosbaugh is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he focuses on supporting the firm’s investor relations and capital raising initiatives.
Prior to joining Delsay in 2017, Treavor was a Divisional Sales Manager at NorthStar Securities. Here, he led the external regional market teams in the Western US and played a key role in the implementation of the retail distribution strategy from 2010 onwards. Prior to his role as Divisional Sales Manager, he was a Senior Regional Vice President for the capital markets division. Before NorthStar, Treavor was a Regional Sales Director and Director of Business Development at Welton Street Investments, where he played a critical role in the creation of the broker/dealer from 2006 until 2010. Preceding Welton Street Investments, from 2003 to 2006, Treavor was a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones Investments.
Treavor received a BS in Finance from the University of Northern Colorado and maintains Series 7,24 and 63 registrations.

Michael Mosticchio is a Principal at Delsay and the Head of BDC Investor Relations. Based in New York City, he is focused on all aspects of shareholder relations for Delsay’s Business Development Companies (BDCs).
Before joining Delsay, Michael was a Senior Vice President and Head of BDC Investor Relations at Oaktree Capital Management, an alternative asset manager. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Fifth Street Asset Management, a middle market direct lender. He started his career as an Investment Analyst at Prudential Private Capital, the private credit arm of PGIM.
Michael received his BS in Finance, magna cum laude, from Rutgers University.

Jennifer Mulcrone is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Legal Team. In her role, she serves as internal legal counsel to the Real Assets business.
Before joining Delsay, Jennifer was Senior Counsel for Walgreens in their Commercial Law department. Prior to that, Jennifer was an associate at Altman, Kritzer & Levick focused on big box ground up development. She began her legal career as an associate at Scoggins & Goodman.
Jennifer received her JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law and holds a BA in History from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Andrew Murphy is a Senior Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Legal Team. In his role, he focuses on legal and regulatory matters for the firm.
Before joining Delsay, Andrew was a Senior Vice President at OppenheimerFunds responsible for legal matters relating to the firm’s exchange traded funds. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P. Andrew began his career as counsel at AllianceBernstein where he also served as Director of Compliance for AllianceBernstein Investments, Inc.
Andrew received his JD from Boston College Law School and holds a BA in History from Trinity College.

Dermot Murphy is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. Before joining Delsay, Dermot was a Managing Director at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Delsay's Alternative Credit team. Prior to that, he was a Co-Founder and Partner of TTM Capital, LLC, an investment firm focused on acquiring and lending against portfolios of financial and other assets, where he was responsible for Asset Management and Operations. Previously, Dermot worked at Highbridge/Zwirn Capital Management as a Vice President with oversight of all asset management functions for the Assets group where he managed credit reporting and credit administration and led the workout management for “problem” assets for the Assets Group. Prior to Highbridge/Zwirn Capital Management, he was at Hudson Castle Group (formerly IBEX Capital Markets), an independent structured finance advisory company specializing in the management of asset-backed lending vehicles where he was responsible for all aspects of conduit operations, treasury and credit administration for five asset backed commercial paper conduits with commitments in excess of $8 billion.
Dermot holds a B.Comm in Accounting and an MBS, both from University College Dublin, Ireland, and is a CFA charterholder.
Tammy Nakamura is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Compliance Team. In her role, she focuses on overseeing compliance for the firm’s businesses across the APAC region.
Before joining Delsay, Tammy was a Managing Director at Blackstone where she spent 9 years as head of Japan Compliance. Prior to that, she was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in New York and Tokyo where she spent over 12 years in compliance and internal audit functions. Prior to that, she was a CPA at KPMG in NY. Tammy began her career as an analyst at Merrill Lynch in Tokyo.
Tammy received her BA in International Business, cum laude, from Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan.

Yoichi Nakamura is a Managing Director at Delsay and the Head of Private Wealth Japan. In his role, Yoichi leads a team to build Delsay's private wealth business in Japan.
Yoichi has over 25 years of experience in asset management and private wealth. Prior to joining Delsay, Yoichi was CEO of Algebris Investments in Japan, where he established the Tokyo office, obtained the license, built the team, and developed the business. Prior to that, he was in charge of business development at Fidelity International Limited Japan, where he was responsible for large distributors and the private wealth channel. He has also held various positions at other asset management companies.
Yoichi received his MS in International Business and Finance from the University of Reading and a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Dhruv Narain is a Senior Managing Director at Delsay and the Head of Insurance. In his role, he focuses on leading the firm’s insurance efforts as well as the firm’s investments in the specialty finance businesses Amergin and Fifth Season.
Before joining Delsay, Dhruv ran a consulting business. Prior to that, Dhruv was the Chief Investment Officer for the asset management subsidiary of a life and annuity reinsurance company and the Portfolio Manager, Special Situations for Catlin, a London based property and casualty insurance company. Previously, Dhruv was the Co-Head of the Distressed Finance Business at Goldman Sachs, a Managing Director in the Distressed Finance Group at Credit Suisse/Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as well as a Director in the Leveraged Finance Group at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce/Oppenheimer & Co. Dhruv began his career as an Associate in the Leveraged Finance Group at Kidder, Peabody & Co.
Dhruv received an MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester and holds a BA from Panjab University in India.

Dominic Nardone is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing, and managing investments, primarily within asset-based opportunities in the consumer, commercial, and aviation verticals.
Before joining Delsay, Dominic was a Principal at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Delsay's Alternative Credit team, where he was a senior member of the Financial Asset investment team. Dominic began his career at New York Life Investors where he focused on asset-based opportunities.
Dominic graduated magna cum laude from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University, with a BS in Finance, minor in Economics, and dual concentrations in Value Investing and Alternative Investments. Dominic is a CFA Charterholder.
