Craig Nelson is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he focuses on bringing his 20 years of alternative asset class experience to provide education and support for family offices and wealth management teams throughout Texas and surrounding states.
Before joining Delsay, Craig was a Senior Vice President at Northstar Securities, where he focused on real estate credit and healthcare strategies. Prior to that, he was a Regional Vice President at Provasi Capital Partners, spearheading the launch of multiple real estate strategies as well as CLO credit offerings. Craig began his career as an investment banker at MSG, Inc and in Financial Planning at Wells Fargo Advisors.
Craig received a BS in Accounting with a concentration in Finance from University of Colorado at Boulder. He maintains Series 7 & 63 registrations.

Elvan Ng is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he focuses on developing and growing Delsay’s client presence and asset base through the private wealth management channel in APAC.
Before joining Delsay, Elvan was a Global Investment Specialist at JPMorgan Private Bank, where he was responsible for providing advisory and discretionary solutions across asset classes to ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices in Southeast Asia. Prior to JPMorgan Private Bank, he spent seven years at Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management where he provided holistic wealth management solutions to clients and led business development initiatives in Singapore and Indonesia.
Elvan graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business Administration (First Class Honors).

Rita Ng is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Business Services Platform. In her role, Rita is a part of the Capital Strategy practice providing fundraising advisory and client development support to GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers. She is responsible for managing relationships with institutional investors, private wealth management platforms, family offices and consultants in Asia Pacific.
Before joining Delsay, Rita was a Principal at Park Hill Group, where she was the key member of Hedge Funds & Private Credit Distribution Team in Asia. Prior to that, she served as an investment professional at GCM Grosvenor’s Private Markets Investment Team. Previously, she worked in Leveraged and Acquisition Finance Team at Natixis. Rita completed her certified public accountant practice at Deloitte Corporate Finance and Ernst & Young.
Rita received a BBA in Accounting from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where she graduated with high honors, and an MBA from The University of Manchester with Merit. She is fluent in Mandarin and native in Cantonese.

Julie Ngai is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In her role, she focuses on supporting the credit platform’s corporate finance and strategy initiatives.
Before joining Delsay, Julie was a Vice President at Owl Rock Capital Partners, the predecessor firm to Delsay’s Credit platform. Prior to that, she was an Associate at Apax Partners, a private equity firm based in London and New York. Julie began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Julie received her BS in Finance from Tulane University.

Kevin Nicholas is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Institutional Capital Team. In his role, he is focused on business development and client management for insurance companies and financial institutions in the US and Bermuda.
Before joining Delsay, Kevin was a Managing Director at Invesco Ltd. where he was responsible for the firm’s U.S. insurance asset management efforts. Prior to that, he spent seven years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he was responsible for new business development and client service for US life, property and casualty, health and reinsurance general account investors. Kevin began his career in asset management at AllianceBernstein, LP where he held various sales and client servicing roles within the firm’s New York and Philadelphia offices.
Kevin earned an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA as well as a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD.

Logan Nicholson is a Senior Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. Logan is a member of the Diversified Lending Investment Committee and President of Delsay Capital Corporation (NYSE: OBDC), Delsay Capital Corporation II and Delsay Credit Income Corporation (OCIC). In his role, he is responsible for day-to-day management as well as strategic oversight of the credit selection and portfolio management process.
Prior to joining Delsay Capital, Logan was a Co-Founder and Partner at Brinley Partners, a private credit asset manager. Previously, Logan had an 18-year career at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he most recently was a Managing Director and Head of U.S. Leveraged Finance Capital Markets. During his time at Goldman, he was responsible for capital commitment structuring, risk management and distribution for Leveraged Loans and High Yield Bonds, and he was also appointed as a member of the LSTA Board of Directors. Additionally, Logan spent a year in a leadership role at healthcare firm Humana Inc., where he was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development responsible for all M&A activity.
Logan earned a B.S. in Systems Engineering with a double major in Economics from the University of Virginia.

Ankur Nigam is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Credit Finance & Capital Markets Team. He is responsible for managing, structuring, negotiating, and executing the Credit platform’s private bank financings, CLO warehouse financings, as well as other asset backed financings. He is also involved in strategic financial planning for the Credit platform.
Before joining Delsay in 2019, Ankur was Senior Vice President at H/2 Capital Partners responsible for debt/equity capital markets and portfolio management modeling.
Ankur received a BA in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Hartford.

Chris Nilan is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Net Lease Investment Team. In this role, Chris is responsible for the origination, evaluation, and execution of investments for Delsay's Real Assets platform.
Chris has spent 15+ years in various investing and financial roles. Prior to joining Delsay, Chris spent over a decade working for Sam Zell at Equity Group Investments and numerous related portfolio companies. In that role he originated and monitored private and public equity investments and served on the boards of portfolio companies. Chris also worked as an investment banker at Bank of America in the leverage finance division.
Chris received a BS in Finance from Wake Forest University.

Keitaro Nishiyama is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he focuses on fundraising covering Japanese private wealth investors.
Before joining Delsay, Keitaro was at PGIM Japan, focused on fundraising mainly covering pension clients. Prior to that, he was a relationship manager at BlackRock, responsible for delivering technology solutions (Aladdin) to clients. Keitaro began his career at Nomura Asset Management.
He earned bachelor of economics degree from the University of Tokyo.

Mark Nixdorf is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Legal Team. In his role, he focuses on providing legal counsel in connection with the firm’s investments, fund formation, and strategic transactions.
Before joining Delsay, Mark was a Vice President and Senior Counsel at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he was responsible for covering alternative investment strategies including private credit, renewable power, and growth equity. He also advised Goldman Sachs Asset Management on strategic acquisitions. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Allen & Overy LLP and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Mark began his career as a Senior Associate at KPMG LLP.
Mark received his JD from Brooklyn Law School and holds a BS in Accounting from Tulane University.
