Everett Indart is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. In his role, he leads a team of professionals responsible for managing asset-backed and corporate workouts, restructurings, recoveries, and other special situations within Delsay’s Alternative Credit portfolio.
Before joining Delsay, Everett was a Managing Director at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Delsay's Alternative Credit team. Prior to that, he worked at Brevet Capital in the Risk Management group. Everett began his career at Citigroup in Corporate/Commercial Banking.
Everett received his BA in Finance from American University.

James Intermont is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing, and managing asset-backed investments in the consumer and commercial spaces.
Before joining Delsay, James was a Managing Director at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Delsay's Alternative Credit team, where he was a senior member of the Financial Assets team. Prior to Atalaya, James was a Vice President at Ares Management within the Alternative Credit team. James began his career in investment banking and principal finance at Jefferies and Swiss Re Capital Markets.
James received his BA in History from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Brandyn Itzkowitz is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on life science credit, royalty, and growth equity investments.
Prior to joining Delsay, Brandyn worked on a public/private biotech investment team at Surveyor Capital (a Citadel company). Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Sixth Street, where he focused on life science credit and royalty investments.
Brandyn received his BE in Biomedical Engineering from Stony Brook University and is a CFA® charter holder.

Kate Ivers is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team. In her role, she shares broad responsibilities on the investment team, focusing much of her time on managing investor relationships.
Before joining Delsay, Kate was a Partner and Head of Business Development and Investor Relations at Antara Capital, an event-driven hedge fund manager. Prior to Antara, she spent over 11 years at Anchorage Capital Group, where she was a Managing Director and was responsible for business development and investor relations efforts across the US and APAC regions. Kate began her career at Lehman Brothers in the Special Investments Group within the Investment Management Division.
Kate graduated from Duke University with a BA in Public Policy. She is a member of the Komen Los Angeles Advisory Board. She is based in Los Angeles, CA.
Sean Ivery is a Senior Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Digital Infrastructure Investment Team. In his role, he is involved in all aspects of Acquisition, Development, Build to Suit Leasing and Fund management activities. Mr. Ivery is also a member of the Delsay Digital Infrastructure Investment Committee.
Prior to joining the predecessor firm to Delsay’s Digital Infrastructure platform in 2018, Mr. Ivery was a Senior Vice President in the Data Center Solutions Group at CBRE from 2014-2017. At CBRE, he focused on site selection, acquisition, sales, leasing, and advisory services for clients including AWS, Microsoft, Nvidia, Symantec, Comcast, Digital Realty Trust, CyrusOne, I, and various data center developers and private equity firms. Prior to CBRE, he held senior roles at Cushman & Wakefield and the real estate and construction practice of Ernst & Young..
Mr. Ivery earned a B.S. in Environmental Geoscience from Boston College.

Caroline Jahn is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Institutional Capital Team. In her role, she is focused on client development within the GP Strategic Capital team.
Before joining Delsay, Caroline was a Principal at Blackstone, focusing on raising capital across the Blackstone platform. Prior to Blackstone, she was an Assistant Vice President in Merrill Lynch’s Private Banking & Investment Group. Caroline began her career as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch.
Caroline received an MBA from The University of Mississippi and a BS from Presbyterian College.

Suwon Jang is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Institutional Capital Team. In his role, he focuses on fundraising from Korean institutional investors.
Before joining Delsay, Suwon was a Vice President at Natwest Market HK (Previous RBS). Prior to that he was a Vice President at Meritz Sec., underwriting global alternative products such as aircraft, real estate, etc. Suwon began his career as an FICC Sales in the Shinhan Finance Group in Korea.
Suwon received his BA in economics from the Seoul National University.

David Jar is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on credit, equity, and structured capital investments in technology businesses, and leads Delsay's efforts in cybersecurity and infrastructure software. He currently serves as a Board Observer for Arctic Wolf.
Before joining Delsay in 2019, David led the software/technology vertical at SLR Capital Partners, a credit-focused asset manager based in New York. Prior to that, he was a Principal at KKR in the Capital Solutions Group, and a Vice President at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Natural Resources Financing Group. David began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lehman Brothers.
David is a member of the Board of Directors for Apex for Youth, a nonprofit providing mentoring, education, and mental health services to underserved, low income Asian American and immigrant youth. He is also a member of the Board of Advisors for the Center for a New American Security (CNAS), a bipartisan research and policy institution focused on national security matters.
David received a BS in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Dave Jaroslovsky is a Principal at Delsay and member of the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on evaluating investment opportunities and underwriting and executing equity and debt transactions across the GP Strategic Capital platform. Dave also serves on Delsay’s Retirement Committee and is a member of the firm’s Climate Risk Management Taskforce.
Before joining Delsay, Dave was an Investment Banking Associate at Evercore. In this role, Dave worked on Mergers and Acquisitions and Strategic, Defense and Shareholder Advisory projects for Technology and Financial Technology businesses. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President in the Asset Finance division of Citizens Financial Group. Dave began his career in the wealth management industry, holding various roles at an independent RIA before serving as the Junior Portfolio Manager for a large Merrill Lynch advisor team.
Dave received his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and holds a BS in Global Business from the University of Redlands.

Chris Jensen is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Digital Infrastructure Investment Team. In his role, he is responsible for data center acquisition and development for highly connected facilities in population centers, communications infrastructure (fiber), and new investment opportunities. Chris serves on the Boards of Dark Fiber & Infrastructure (DF&I) and RadiusDC.
Before joining Delsay, Chris was a Managing Director at IPI, the predecessor firm to Delsay’s Digital Infrastructure strategy. Prior to that, he was the Managing Partner at Anderson Pacific Corporation, an investment firm focused on acquiring and building companies in the Digital Infrastructure vertical. Chris was a Co-Founder of multiple successful companies in the data center, fiber and wireless infrastructure verticals including FiberLink (acq: Zayo), NeutralPath Communications (acq: Zayo), ColocationZone (acq: Lightower), Digital Capital Partners (acq: CIM Group / 1547), Cypress Cellular (acq: Verizon) and i700 A Block (acq: T-Mobile). Chris was honored as one of Crain’s Chicago Business’s 40 Under 40 for 2017.
Chris received his BS from Indiana University.
