Kwan Ho Choi is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Institutional Capital Team. In his role, he focuses on institutional fundraising covering Korean institutional investors.
Before joining Delsay, Kwanho was a Managing Director and a founding member at Ascentium Group Limited which was acquired by Delsay in 2021 to establish its physical presence in Hong Kong. Prior to that, he was a Director and Head of Korea Distribution at Credit Suisse – Private Fund Group in Seoul, responsible for capital raising for Korean financial institutions. Kwanho began his career in 2007 as an Analyst in Institutional Sales at Credit Suisse in Seoul, responsible for sales of various products encompassing derivatives and structured products.
Kwanho received his BBA from Seoul National University.

Tom Hogan is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Insurance Solutions Investment Team. In his role Tom also serves as Chief of Staff for the Insurance Solutions platform, where he is responsible for coordinating the investment and strategic / corporate development efforts of the platform.
Prior to his current role, he was a member of the Direct Lending Investment Team focusing on investments in the financial services sector. Prior to joining Delsay, Tom was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in the Financial Institutions and Leveraged Finance groups. He began his career at Deloitte, working across both audit and consulting engagements for financial services clients.
Tom received an MBA from the Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management and a BBA from Loyola University Maryland.

Jesse Hom is a Senior Managing Director at Delsay and the Chief Investment Officer of Real Assets and Head of Real Estate Credit. In his role, he is responsible for the Real Assets platform’s investment and portfolio management activities as well as other real estate and corporate initiatives. Jesse also serves as a member of the investment committees for the Delsay Real Assets, Real Assets Credit, and Insurance Solutions groups as well as sits on the Board of Directors of STORE Capital.
Prior to joining Delsay, he was the Global Head of Real Estate Credit and Capital Markets at GIC, where he focused on driving performance and growth across both GIC’s real estate credit and equity businesses for over 15 years, and before that, he was an investment banking associate at JP Morgan and investment analyst at HEI Hospitality, a hospitality focused private equity real estate fund.
Jesse received his BS in Hospitality Management from Cornell University.

Daniel Hong is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on direct lending to technology firms.
Before joining Delsay, Daniel was an Investment Professional at SLR Capital Partners, a credit-focused asset manager based in New York. Daniel began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Wells Fargo Securities.
Daniel received an AB in Philosophy, cum laude, from Princeton University.
Leo Houtekamer is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Institutional Capital Team. In his role, he represents Delsay to investors in The Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
Before joining Delsay, Leo was a Managing Director at ICG for over 10 years. He started his career at JP Morgan, where he worked in Credit & Rates Sales and Asset Management.
He has a master's degree in Banking & Finance from Free University Amsterdam.

Kaitlin Howard is a Managing Director at Delsay and the Head of BDC Unsecured Funding. As the Head of Unsecured Funding and Bank Relationships for the Delsay BDCs, Kaitlin brings nearly 15 years of experience in investment banking and financial services.
Prior to joining Delsay in 2022, Kaitlin served as Managing Director, Head of FIG Debt Capital Markets at SMBC Nikko, where she was responsible for building and overseeing the investment grade financials underwriting business. Prior to SMBC, Kaitlin held various positions on the debt capital markets desks at Citigroup and Mizuho, where she executed a variety of multi-currency debt, liability management and M&A-related financings.
Kaitlin received a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Richmond.

Hailing Huang is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In her role, she focuses on supporting management company’s accounting and financial reporting functions.
Before joining Delsay, Hailing was a Vice President at CIT Group, Inc., a US Bank based in New Jersey. Prior to that, she was a Vice President at BlackRock, Inc., an investment management firm. Hailing began her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP.
Hailing received an MBA in Professional Accounting from Rutgers University.

Jesse Huff is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he is Co-Head of Opportunistic Credit and shares portfolio management responsibility for the Delsay Opportunistic Lending Fund.
Before joining Delsay, Jesse was a Managing Director at Oaktree Capital Management focused on opportunistic direct lending. Prior to that, he was a Principal at the Carlyle Group focused on distressed and special situations. Jesse began his career as an analyst at Merrill Lynch and worked extensively across the special situation’s platform.
Jesse received his MBA from Columbia University and graduated from Ohio University with a BA in Finance.

Marco Iannotta is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, he focuses on supporting the accounting and finance function for Real Assets.
Before joining Delsay, Marco was a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on assurance solutions for real estate clients.
Marco serves as Chair of the Finance Committee of The Family Institute at Northwestern University, a nonprofit that provides mental health services to adults and children. He received his BA and MAS in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.

Enzo Incandela is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Legal Team. In his role, he focuses on supporting various legal aspects and initiatives of the Insurance Solutions business.
Before joining Delsay, Enzo was the Deputy Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Kuvare Asset Management, the predecessor firm to Delsay Insurance Solutions. Prior to that, Enzo was an Associate General Counsel at OFS Capital Management responsible for supporting the legal and regulatory compliance functions for ’40 Act funds, business development companies and CLOs. Prior to OFS, Enzo was an Associate at Paul Hastings and began his legal career as an Associate at Ice Miller.
Enzo received his JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, his MBA from DePaul University Kellstadt School of Business and holds a BA in Finance from North Central College.
