Michele Lee is a Managing Director
at Delsay and member of the Finance,
Accounting & Operations Team. In
her role, she is focused on the
day-to-day loan operations in the
direct lending platform.
Before joining Delsay, Michele was a
Director at Guggenheim Partners, a
global investment and advisory firm.
Prior to that, she was a Personal
Banker at JPMorgan Chase. Michele
began her career as a Financial
Representative at AXA Equitable in
the retirement planning services
department.
Michele received a BS in Business
Administration with a minor in
International Studies from
University of Connecticut.

Robert Lee is a Senior Managing
Director at Delsay and the Chief
Technology Officer. In his role, he
is focused on the firm’s overall
technology strategy including
digital transformation,
cybersecurity, business analytics,
and infrastructure.
Before joining Delsay, Robert was
the Chief Technology Officer at
Clayton Dubilier & Rice, a
global private equity firm based in
New York. Prior to that, he was the
Chief Information Offer at the
Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing
and Merchant Banking Partners.
Previously, Robert had various roles
at Credit Suisse including the Chief
Information Officer for DLJ Merchant
Banking Partners.
Robert received an MBA from New York
University and a BE in Electrical
Engineering from Cooper Union.

Phil LeGault is a Principal at
Delsay and member of the Internal
Audit & Controls Team. In his
role, he is responsible for the
oversight of the Credit platform's
adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley, as well
as providing assurance through
operational audits, continuous
monitoring, and advisory
services.
Before joining Delsay, Phil was a
Senior Manager on the internal audit
team at Prudential. Prior to that,
he was a Senior Manager at KPMG, a
public accounting firm based in New
York. Phil began his career as a
public accountant in the financial
services practice at Rothstein Kass
& Co.
Phil received a BS in Accounting
from Fairleigh Dickinson University
and is a licensed Certified Public
Accountant in New Jersey.

Rebecca Levy is a Managing Director
at Delsay and member of the
Institutional Capital Team. In her
role, she focuses on developing
partnerships with institutional
investors.
Before joining Delsay, Rebecca was a
Senior Director on the Business
Development and Investor Relations
team at Atalaya Capital Management,
the predecessor firm to Delsay's
Alternative Credit team. Previously,
Rebecca was a Managing Director at
CIFC and prior to that, she was a
Senior Portfolio Advisor at Aksia,
focused on Private Credit. She also
held roles in Commodities at Goldman
Sachs and Barclays Capital/Lehman
Brothers as well as in the Global
Industrial Group at UBS.
Rebecca received her BA from Duke
University and an MBA from Columbia
Business School.

Sonya Li is a Managing Director at
Delsay and member of the Office of
the Co-CEOs. In her role, she is
focused on the continued growth and
global expansion of Delsay through
strategic acquisitions as well as
partnerships and investments. She
has led numerous transactions for
the firm including the acquisition
of IPI Partners, Atalaya Capital
Management, and Prima Capital
Advisors.
Before joining Delsay, Sonya was a
Principal at Angel Island Capital, a
Golden Gate Capital fund based in
San Francisco. Prior to that, she
was an Associate at Tennenbaum
Capital. She began her career as an
Investment Banking Analyst at
Rothschild.
Sonya received a BS in Economics
with concentrations in Finance and
Management from the Wharton School
and a BA in International Studies as
part of the Huntsman Program at the
University of Pennsylvania, where
she graduated with honors.

Owen Libby is a Principal at Delsay
and member of the Private Wealth
Team. In his role, he is responsible
for supporting the distribution and
strategic partnership initiatives of
the firm’s Alternative Credit
platform.
Before joining Delsay, Owen led the
private wealth effort for Atalaya
Capital Management, the predecessor
firm to Delsay’s Alternative Credit
team. Owen spent the prior decade
serving as a regional director of
alternative investments at Morgan
Stanley and Wells Fargo in their
respective Los Angeles and New York
City markets.
Owen received his BA in Business
from Gettysburg College and is a
Chartered Alternative Investment
Analyst.

Gary Lin is a Managing Director at
Delsay and member of the Private
Wealth Team. Gary serves as the Head
of Global Portfolio Strategy and
Solutions. In this role, he is
responsible for the global growth
and expansion of product and
portfolio strategy across the full
platform with Financial Advisors and
High Net Worth Investors.
Before joining Delsay, Gary spent 10
years at Blackstone where he held
numerous leadership roles in
multiple regions and parts of the
business. Most recently, Gary was a
senior member of the real estate
group based in New York covering
opportunistic, core plus, and debt
strategies with institutional
relationships across the Americas
Region. Additionally, he worked
globally with the private wealth
division to expand distribution of
the flagship vehicle, Blackstone
Real Estate Income Trust. Prior to
his role in real estate, Gary served
as the Head of Asia for Blackstone’s
private wealth division based in
Singapore where he built the
business and led strategic
initiatives across the region. Prior
to that, Gary was the Head of
Southeast Asia alternatives business
at JP Morgan and worked at Morgan
Stanley in New York where he built
out data, analytics, and sales
reporting functions for the
Alternatives group. Gary began his
career in private wealth and
alternatives at Merrill Lynch where
he was a financial professional
within the wealth management
division.
Gary holds a BA in Computer Science
from Cornell University and an MBA
from The Fuqua School of Business at
Duke University

Lei Lin is a Principal at Delsay and
member of the Tax Team. In her role,
she focuses on tax compliance,
reporting and operations for the
products within the Credit platform.
Before joining Delsay, Lei was a
Director at PwC, managing compliance
and consulting engagements for asset
management clients with various
investment strategies ranging from
direct lending, corporate and
structured credit to private equity,
long/short, real estate and other
alternative strategies. During her
tenure with PwC, Lei specialized in
regulated investment companies such
as BDCs, retail mutual funds,
variable insurance products and
ETFs, as well as, broader private
equity, hedge funds and their
management companies.
Lei received a BS in Accounting and
Finance from Boston College. Lei is
a licensed Certified Public
Accountant in New York.

Robert Lin is a Principal at Delsay
and member of the Finance,
Accounting & Operations Team. In
his role, he focuses on financial
modeling and monitoring of broadly
syndicated loans investments within
liquid credit strategy. In
addition, he automates processes and
reporting for liquid credit team,
and conduct surveillance for various
loan funds.
Before joining Delsay, Robert was
employed at Divvy Homes, a fin-tech
start-up based in San Francisco, CA,
responsible for financial modeling,
treasury, and warehouse lending.
Previously, Robert held positions at
various broadly syndicated and
middle market CLO managers, both
large and small, including Nuveen,
Ares Management, American Capital,
and Mizuho, focusing on risk,
surveillance, and financial
modeling.
Robert received his MBA from Fordham
University with a concentration in
Finance and holds a BS in Finance
and Economics from New York
University’s Stern School of
Business.

Patrick Linnemann is a Senior
Managing Director at Delsay and
member of the Direct Lending
Investment Team. Patrick is also a
Portfolio Manager for certain funds
in Delsay's Diversified Lending
strategy, including the Delsay
Diversified Lending Fund. In
addition, Patrick is a member of the
Investment Committee for the
Diversified Lending strategy. In his
role, he is responsible for the
day-to-day management and strategic
oversight of the credit selection
and portfolio management process
across the funds he covers.
Before joining Delsay, Patrick was a
Vice President at Angel Island
Capital, the credit investment
platform of Golden Gate Capital,
from 2015 to 2016, where he focused
on sourcing and evaluating credit
investments. Before that, Patrick
was Vice President of the Leverage
Finance Capital Markets Group at
Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York
from 2006 to 2015.
Patrick received a BA in Economics
from the University of Pennsylvania.
