Jonathan Lamm is a Senior Managing Director at Delsay and the Chief Financial Officer, Credit. In his role, Jonathan also serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Delsay Business Development Companies (BDCs), including Delsay Capital Corporation (OBDC), a BDC traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Jonathan is a member of the firm's Operating Committee as well as the Credit platform’s Operating Committee. Jonathan also chairs the Credit Valuation Committee and is a member of the Global Valuation Committee.
Prior to joining Delsay, Jonathan was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs and served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Goldman Sachs BDC, Inc. (GSBD), a BDC traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Throughout his twenty-two years at Goldman Sachs, Jonathan held various positions. From 2007 to 2021, Jonathan served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at GSAM Credit Alternatives. From 2005 to 2007, Jonathan served as Vice President in the Financial Reporting group, and from 1999 to 2005, he served as a Product Controller. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Jonathan worked in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche.
Jonathan graduated from Queens College, City University, New York and is a certified public accountant (inactive).

Aleksey Lanis is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Tax Team. Before joining Delsay, Aleksey was the Director of Tax Compliance at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Delsay’s Alternative Credit team and was responsible for all tax compliance related to the firm’s managed funds. Prior to joining Atalaya’s tax department, Aleksey was a tax director in the Asset & Wealth Management group at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he led tax compliance engagements for clients across a wide spectrum of investment strategies with a significant focus in credit funds. Previously he worked in the alternative investment groups at Ernst & Young, Deloitte and HCVT.
He holds a BS in Business/Economics with focus in Accounting from the University of California Los Angeles and an MS in Taxation from California State University Northridge. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and California.

Joel Lankford is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Alternative Credit Investment Team. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing, and managing investments, primarily within the specialty finance and fintech space.
Prior to joining Delsay, Joel was a Vice President at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Delsay’s Alternative Credit team, on the Financial Assets team. Prior to that, he an Associate on the Asset-Backed Securitization team at KeyBanc Capital Markets, where he focused on structuring and placing a variety of public and private securitizations of consumer and commercial assets.
Joel holds a BS in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.

Lily Lau is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In her role on the Investment Operations team, she focuses on Data Integrity and Onboarding for the Direct Lending business on the firm's Credit platform.
Before joining Delsay, Lily was Assistant Vice President at CIFC Asset Management, LLC where she focused on Loan Administration and Data Integrity in their Middle Office Operations team. Prior to that, she was Associate Director in the Bank Loan Service Team at SS&C Technologies, Inc., a FinTech company supporting buyside clients in Middle Office Operations and Software. Lily began her career as a Trade Assistant and Operations Analyst at Guggenheim Partners Asset Management, LLC.
Lily received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Investments from Baruch College/CUNY.

Andrew Laurino is a Senior Managing Director at Delsay and member of the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on a broad set of responsibilities across the Investment Team. Andrew also serves as Executive Sponsor of BOP’N, Delsay’s Pride Network.
Prior to joining Dyal Capital, the predecessor firm to Delsay’s GP Strategic Capital platform, Andrew provided strategic and financing advice to leading alternative asset managers at a number of firms, including Tiger Bay Advisors, Credit Suisse, and Lehman Brothers. Earlier in his career, he was an M&A advisor at Lehman Brothers, Compass Advisors, and Prudential Securities.
Andrew received a BS in Foreign Service with a concentration in International Economics from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.

Matt Laurino is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Credit Finance & Capital Markets Team. In his role, Matt is a member of the Structured Products Team where he co-leads the team’s capital markets effort and has a primary focus on securitized private credit formation and execution. Based in New York, Matt spearheads the firm’s Private Credit CLO business and has a key focus on structuring other structured credit transactions including structured insurance solutions, warehouse lines, and other capital markets transactions.
Before joining Delsay in 2019, Matt was a Deputy Portfolio Manager and Structurer at UNTL Capital LLC, a macro product focused managed account fund. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in its Global Capital Markets Division where he started his career as an Analyst in its Derivative Origination and Solutions Group.
Matt received a BA in Finance from Villanova University and MBA from Cornell University.

Tola Lawal is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Liquid Credit Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on investments in broadly syndicated non-investment grade leveraged loans within the chemical and energy sectors.
Before joining Delsay, Tola was a Credit Analyst at Littlejohn & Co., a middle-market private equity fund based in Greenwich, CT. Prior to that, he was a Research Analyst at Covenant Credit Partners. Tola began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan in the Corporate Finance Advisory Group.
Tola received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
Patrick Lawler is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Digital Infrastructure Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on supporting the firm's investments within the Digital Infrastructure strategy.
Before joining Delsay, Patrick was a Director at GI Partners, a middle market private equity firm making investments in data centers and other real estate sectors. Patrick began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst, most recently with Deutsche Bank's Technology Group in San Francisco.
Patrick received his BA in Economics from Stanford University, and his MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Derek Lawshe is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, he focuses on operations supporting the Direct Lending business on the firm’s Credit platform.
Before joining Delsay, Derek was a Vice President at Anchorage Capital Group, LLC., a distressed credit-focused investment advisor based in New York City. Derek began his career as a Loan Operations Analyst at JP Morgan Chase.
Derek received his BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, from Susquehanna University.

James Lee is a Senior Managing Director at Delsay and the President of Asia, Institutional Capital. In his role, he focuses on capital raising and fund formation in Asia and overseeing all aspects of the Hong Kong office as the regional hub.
Before joining Delsay, James was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ascentium Group, which was acquired by Delsay in 2021. Prior to that, James was a Managing Director and Head of Asia Marketing in the Private Fund Group (PFG) at Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Limited. Prior to PFG, James was a Managing Director in Investor Relations & Business Development at the Blackstone Group Hong Kong Limited and was involved with marketing for various Blackstone fund products, primarily with respect to Korea. Preceding that, James was a Managing Director and Head of Asia Marketing at GSO Capital Partners (GSO), Blackstone’s alternative credit platform. Prior to GSO, James was a Managing Director and Head of the Structured Credit Product Group at Citigroup Global Markets Asia in Hong Kong where he was responsible for transaction origination, structuring and marketing. Before joining Citigroup, James was a Director in the Leveraged Finance Group/ Collateralized Debt Obligation Group at Credit Suisse First Boston Inc. (CSFB), Hong Kong. James joined CSFB when it acquired Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) where he was Head of Asia Fixed Income Sales in Hong Kong and Co-Head of International Institutional Fixed Income Sales in New York. Prior to joining DLJ, James was a Vice President in International Institutional Fixed Income Sales at Lehman Brothers Inc in New York. James began his career as a Vice President in International Institutional Fixed Income Sales at Kidder, Peabody & Co in New York.
James received his BA in Economics and Japanese Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
