Janine Phillips is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Institutional Capital Team. In her role she focuses business development and client service in Europe for the Institutional client base.
Before joining Delsay, Janine was a Director at Pollen Street Capital, a private equity and credit manager focused on financial and business services based in London. Prior to that, she was a Senior Marketer at Anavio Capital Partners, a Cross-Asset Event Driven Fund. Janine began her career as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley in Emerging Market Fixed Income and thereafter as an Associate on the European Equity sales team.
Janine received her BSc in Accounting & Finance, from London School of Economics. She has also completed Level I of the CFA programme.

Marc Pillemer is a Senior Managing Director at Delsay and member of the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team. In his role, Marc focuses on sourcing and underwriting minority equity investments and financing transactions and strategic initiatives across the GP Strategic Capital platform.
Before joining Delsay, Marc was a Managing Director at Blackstone where he had a senior role on the Investment Team of Blackstone's GP Stakes platform based in New York. In this role, his responsibilities included sourcing, negotiating, and executing transactions and managing relationships with partner GPs. Marc also led the GP Strategic Support Team, which provides strategic benefits to partner GPs. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group within the Investment Banking Division at Goldman, Sachs & Co., advising alternative asset managers on M&A and capital raising transactions, and on strategic initiatives. Marc began his career serving in various roles in the Securities Division and the Investment Management Division at Goldman, Sachs & Co.
Marc received his BCom in Actuarial Studies and Finance from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.

Megan Pirooz is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Legal Team. In her role, she focuses on supporting Delsay's Digital Infrastructure strategy.
Before joining Delsay, Megan was Associate General Counsel at IPI Partners, predecessor to Delsay's Digital Infrastructure strategy. Prior to that, she was an associate with Winston & Strawn LLP providing legal advice to private equity sponsors, public companies and lenders.
Megan received her JD, cum laude, from the Michigan State University College of Law. She also holds an LLM in Law and Entrepreneurship from Duke Law School and a BA in Political Science, with honors, from the University of Michigan.

Tracy Poulter Hart is a Senior Managing Director at Delsay and the Chief Human Resources Officer. Before joining Delsay, Tracy was CHRO of York Capital Management, a multi-strategy hedge fund, from September 2011 to April 2021. Prior to that, she was an Executive Director in HR at UBS where she was an HR Business Partner covering Equity Sales and Trading, Equity Derivatives, IT, Operations and was Head of HR for Latin America. Tracy started her career in roles at JP Morgan and Prudential.
Tracy received her BA in Business Management from Western CT State University.
Matt Press is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Legal Team. In his role, he focuses on supporting the firm's interval funds and future regulated products from a legal and regulatory perspective.
Before joining Delsay, Matt was Counsel at Lord Abbett. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Clifford Chance.
Matt received his JD, cum laude, from Rutgers School of Law-Newark and holds a BA in Economics and International Relations from Lehigh University.
Ros Price is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Private Wealth Team. In her role, she serves as the Head of Private Wealth EMEA and is a member of global Private Wealth leadership team. Ros oversees business development for Delsay’s Private Wealth business across the UK, Europe and Middle East. She is responsible for fundraising, expanding strategic partnerships, and identifying innovative solutions for high-net-worth clients and their advisors across the EMEA region.
Before joining Delsay, Ros spent five years at Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions where she was responsible for the European private wealth business. In this role, Ros led the build out of the EMEA wealth team and oversaw the development and growth of the firm’s relationships with financial intermediaries across the region. Prior to this, Ros was an executive vice president at PIMCO. She held various positions in the Global Wealth Management team as a wholesale manager as well as head of sub-advisory before moving to the Institutional Account Management team to lead the Consultant Relations Group in the UK.
Ros is a non-executive director of Titanbay Ltd. and an Investment Committee member of the Girls' Day School Trust. Ros holds a BA in North American Studies from McGill University and an International MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Kevin Purcell is a Senior Managing Director at Delsay and member of the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on GP Stakes Investing and strategic initiatives across the GP Strategic Capital platform.
Before joining Delsay, Kevin was a Vice President at Neuberger Berman Private Equity. Kevin began his career as an Associate in the Investment Management Division at Lehman Brothers focused on strategic projects throughout the hedge fund platform and minority stake acquisition program.
Kevin received his MBA from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University and holds a BS in Finance from Siena College.

Ashley Putterman is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Credit Finance & Capital Markets Team. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing leverage strategy and execution for the firm’s Financial Assets business within Alternative Credit.
Before joining Delsay, Ashley was Head of Capital Markets for the Financial Assets business at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Delsay's Alternative Credit team. Prior to that, she was Head of Capital Markets at Fundbox, an embedded working capital platform for small businesses, and had previous capital markets roles at Kabbage and Spruce Finance. Ashley began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Miller Buckfire.
Ashley received a BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School and a BSE in Systems Engineering, magna cum laude, as part of the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology (M&T) at the University of Pennsylvania.

Priscilla Quek is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Institutional Capital Team. In her role, she manages the firm's South East Asian LPs and focuses on Institutional Capital in South East Asia.
Before joining Delsay, Priscilla was an Assistant Vice President at GIC. Prior to that, she was a Senior Associate at General Atlantic and an Associate in Credit Suisse's Private Fund Group. She began her career as an Investment Analyst at Hamilton Lane.
Priscilla received her BS and BA in Statistics and International Studies (Honors), from the University of Michigan.

Daniela Quintanilla is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Institutional Capital Team. In her role, she focuses on institutional client relationship management.
Daniela joined Delsay from Kuvare Asset Management (KAM), predecessor to Delsay Insurance Solutions. She joined Kuvare in 2022 at the inception of the third-party client business. At KAM, she was a Director in Business Development and Product Strategy. Prior to that, she was a Vice President at BlackRock, where she led insurance client business development alongside marketing and regulatory efforts that helped propel the ETF business forward.
Daniela holds a BA in Political Science and History from Columbia University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Daniela is a CAIA charterholder and a member of the CAIA Association.
