Campbell Decker is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Business Services Platform. As a part of the Capital Strategy practice providing fundraising advisory and client development support to GP Strategic Capital Partner Managers, he is responsible for managing relationships with institutional investors in the US.
Prior to joining Delsay, Campbell was a member of BlackRock’s Institutional Client Business responsible for managing relationships with family offices, foundations, endowments, and healthcare organizations. He began his career with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.
Campbell received a BA in Political Science from Gettysburg College and is a CFA charterholder.

Matt DeFusco is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on originating direct investments outside of Delsay’s core private equity channel, covering family offices, family owned businesses, hedge funds, and select publicly traded companies.
Before joining Delsay, Matt was a Managing Director and ran Leveraged Finance Origination at Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs.
Matt received a BA in International Relations from Brown University.
Tim DeGrange is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. Based in Menlo Park, he is focused on equity, structured capital, and debt investments in growth stage software, fintech, and marketplace businesses.
Before joining Delsay, Tim was an Associate Director at Temasek, a Singapore-based investment fund. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Battery Ventures. Tim began his career as an Analyst at Lazard.
Tim received a BA in Economics and Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Robert Demert is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he focuses on fundraising throughout the NY Metro market, more specifically covering Private Wealth firms. Before joining Delsay Capital, Rob was a Senior Vice-President at Cohen & Steers where he held a similar position in the NYC market.
Rob graduated from Hobart College with a degree in Economics and holds the series 7, 65, & 24 licenses.

Tara Dempsey is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Compliance Team. In her role, she focuses on Investment Advisory Compliance across the firm’s platforms.
Before joining Delsay, Tara was a Vice President at Onex Credit Partners. Prior to that, she was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, LP. Tara also served as a compliance officer at Evercore and Third Avenue Management.
Tara received her BS in Finance from New York University.

Darby Dent is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Direct Lending Investment Team. In his role, he focuses on credit oversight and portfolio analytics of the Delsay Direct Lending business. He is also responsible for leading many technology initiatives across the firm.
Before joining Delsay, Darby was a Vice President on the Portfolio Analytics team at HPS Investment Partners and an Analyst at Cantor Fitzgerald.
Darby received a BA in economics from Rutgers University and an MBA with a concentration in Data Analytics from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.

Jerry DeVito is a Senior Managing Director at Delsay and the Head of Credit Finance & Capital Markets. In his role, he runs the Structured Products and Fund Finance teams within Delsay’s Credit Division
Before joining Delsay, Jerry was a Managing Director at GSO Capital Partners, Blackstone’s alternative credit platform. At GSO, he focused on structuring fund leverage facilities, asset manager acquisitions, risk management and other structured credit activities. Prior to Blackstone, Jerry was a Managing Director and Co-Head of the collateralized loan obligations and related collateralized product businesses at Credit Suisse. Prior to Credit Suisse, Jerry was a Managing Director at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he held various positions in investment banking and high yield capital markets, most recently as Co-Head of High Yield Structured Finance. Jerry began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Drexel Burnham Lambert in the Financial Institutions Group.
Jerry received a BA in Economics and a BS in Engineering from Cornell University.
Peter DiDominicis is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Private Wealth Team. In his role, he focuses on supporting and establishing strategic relationships with financial advisors and wealth management teams in Northern California and Oregon.
Before joining Delsay, Peter was a Director at Alkeon Capital, a long/short equity hedge fund and venture capital firm. Prior to that, he was an Investment Management Associate at BlackRock. Peter began his career at Frankin Templeton Investments.
Peter received his BS in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University.

Brandon Diez is a Managing Director at Delsay and member of the Finance, Accounting & Operations Team. In his role, he focuses on Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis for the firm.
Before joining Delsay, Brandon spent over 10 years at KKR, where he was most recently a Principal focused on Financial Planning & Analysis. Earlier, he held controllership and fund accounting roles in KKR’s Hedge Fund Solutions business. Brandon began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Banking & Capital Markets Group.
Brandon received his BSBA in Accounting from Bucknell University, magna cum laude, and is a CPA in the State of New York.

Vin DiGiorgio is a Principal at Delsay and member of the Institutional Capital Team. In his role, he acts as a Product Specialist for Alternative Credit.
Before joining Delsay, Vincent was a Director at Atalaya Capital Management, the predecessor firm to Delsay's Alternative Credit platform, where he was the Product Specialist on the business development and investor relations team. Prior to that, Vincent was an Associate on Atalaya’s investment team where he was a generalist across Atalaya’s asset-based private credit capabilities. Vincent began his career as an investment banking analyst at Moelis & Company where he was a generalist across industries, working on a range of M&A and restructuring mandates.
Vincent received his BS in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Legal Studies & Business Ethics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
